Queue's client portal is allowing clients to stay updated on the progress of the project, give feedback on uploaded files, pay for the project and download the source files, all on the same page.
Client accounts on Queue are able to give feedback on files using timestamped comments and drawings to avoid spending countless hours on phone calls and emails.
To start, make sure you received an invite (either a link or via email) from the business to join the project. Once you created an account and joined the project, you will be able to keep track of the progress at all times by looking at the Activity tab.
Everything that requires the client's attention, will send an email to the client as well as a chat notification with an obvious call to action button on Queue directly.
To access the settings & notifications, click on the icon at the top right corner of the page.
In the settings tab, you are able to upload your profile picture, add your phone number to receive SMS notifications, change username, email address and password.
