Getting paid by a client requires two very important steps. First is setting up your payout information on Stripe (we'll walk you through those steps) and sending an invoice. Queue charges 10% per transaction for clients you find through the marketplace.
We do not charge a fee for transactions with clients you find independently outside of our marketplace.
Setup payout information
First step is to setup your payout information. You can do this by going to your Payments link on the side navigation. Once there, follow some simple steps to setup your payout account. We'll ask you for basic information like your full name, address, and bank information on where to send the money you make.
Add bank for payouts
Adding your bank information is easily done through integration with you're in the USA or manually inputting the information. If you have any difficulty or issues with this, please reach out to our live chat support and we will assist you. Our response is less than 1 minute.
After completing the above steps, you'll be able to create invoices and send them to your clients in your projects. Click on the Payments tab on your project page to do so. The client can pay using credit, debit, or bank transfers.
